Catrinas Flowery Souls.

The name "Catrinas Almas Floridas" evokes the life and eternal flowering of their spirits.

These pieces are made of fired clay by Michoacan artisans. They are elegantly decorated with vibrant colors and floral details in shades of light pink and white with orange centers, distributed throughout the skirt.

Her head is removable and features the face of a skull, with dark eye sockets and a contoured nose, maintaining the Catrina aesthetic. She wears a wide-brimmed black hat adorned with a feather and an orange flower.

Around her neck, she appears to have a necklace of pearls or golden beads, and on her arms we can see what appear to be golden bracelets and bangles.

Its most distinctive feature is that it holds in its arms the small figure of a baby with a skull head wrapped in a bright pink blanket or garment, harmonizing the tradition of the Catrina figure with elements of motherhood or care, and the other piece a bouquet of flowers in its hands as an offering to its deceased, making them very representative pieces of Mexican craftsmanship.

Its measurements are 11" high, 3.5" wide and 4" deep.
